Throwing

First throwing session...the training program said easy throws max 52m, so that's what I tried :) it didn't feel too good and I was quite lazy with my legs (doing 1-leg squat yday wasn't so good and my aductor was really tight as well as my back). I've been throwing with quite good speed indoors before I left, so this felt really slooow :) oh well, next session my coach will be here and I can go for harder throws :P
